Order a gang sheet How it works
Lay your designs out on our free 540mm template (Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator). One logo repeated 40 times or 40 different designs, same price.
Save it as a single-page PDF or transparent PNG at 300dpi, upload it at checkout, pick your quantity. No account needed, minimum order one sheet.
We print it, powder it, cure it and dispatch it. You press it onto garments with a heat press in about 15 seconds. Full pressing instructions come with every order.
Selling clothing online? DTF gang sheets let you print your own designs on demand with no minimums, from about 17p a transfer. See DTF for Etsy sellers for how it works and the margins.
We're not a reseller with a website. Your sheets are printed in a working garment factory that's been decorating workwear, sportswear and promotional clothing for over 25 years. The people checking your file have pressed thousands of transfers themselves, which is why we can put a reprint-or-refund guarantee on every order and mean it.

A gang sheet is one big print file with lots of designs arranged on it. Because DTF is priced by the sheet, not by the design, ganging your artwork together is the cheapest way to buy transfers: a 540 x 1000mm sheet holds around 30 to 40 typical left-chest logos. You cut out what you need and press each design separately.
One flat price per sheet, shown on the product page, whether you fill it with one design or forty. No setup fees, no artwork fees, and the minimum order is a single 1-metre sheet. Delivery is a flat £5 per order however many sheets you buy.
Pressed correctly, yes: 50+ washes without cracking or peeling. The two things that kill a transfer are wrong temperature and lazy pressure, both covered in the pressing instructions we include with every order.
That's what the sample pack is for: a few printed designs on film, posted first class with a pressing card. Press them, wash them, then order sheets knowing exactly what you'll get.
