The DTF Printing CompanyA Magic Touch Promotions brand

Modern slavery statement

Made voluntarily: we're under the £36m threshold, but our customers' compliance depends on our cooperation, and the cause matters.

Magic Touch Promotions Limited (trading here as The DTF Printing Company) is committed to combatting slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains, and makes this statement to assist with compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

As our business has a turnover of less than £36 million we have no legal obligation to produce a modern slavery statement. However, we agree that exploitation within supply chains ending in the UK is a blight on our society and we are committed to playing our part in eliminating it, and we understand that customers with obligations under the Act cannot comply without our cooperation.

What we've examined and confirm

We have examined our own business and, so far as reasonably practicable, the businesses in our supply chain, and confirm: no relevant offence relating to slavery or human trafficking has been committed within our own business; we have made enquiries of businesses supplying directly to us and are confident no relevant offence is committed there; and our supply chain examination found no evidence of slavery or human trafficking.

Our business and supply chain

We provide branded workwear, promotional products and DTF transfer printing from a single UK location, with around twenty employees: two directors, a general manager, and the team reporting to them. Our suppliers are predominantly UK-based manufacturers and distributors, each with their own slavery and human trafficking policies; a list is available on request. We do not believe our supply chain sits in a high-risk sector, and where reasonably practicable we ensure businesses in it have made similar statements.
