Short version: we collect what's needed to print and deliver your order, we don't sell data, and we don't run advertising trackers.

When you order: your name, contact details, delivery address, and your artwork files, used to produce and deliver your order and to provide support. Payment is handled by our payment processor; card details never touch our servers. When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, the page that sent you here) used for security, troubleshooting and visit statistics, kept for 14 days. We also keep our own visit statistics with Matomo, which runs on our own server: which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. It sets no cookies, IP addresses are shortened before they're stored, and the numbers never leave our server. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party trackers.
The gang sheet builder uses essential cookies to keep a guest workspace and, if you sign in, your account session. An optional passkey account stores your display name, passkey public-key information, saved sheets and artwork library. We do not receive your passkey's private key or your device's biometric data. Account creation does not require an email address; checkout does collect the contact details needed for your order. These essential cookies are separate from our cookieless visit statistics. If you choose a VAT display option, we remember that choice in your browser's local storage.
Only what's needed to do the job: our payment processor (to take payment), our couriers (to deliver), our order-production system, and Cloudflare (which serves this website). We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for marketing.
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Artwork attached to paid orders is retained separately to produce and support those orders; it is not covered by the builder's draft expiry. Builder drafts have a 7-day retention period, and named saved sheets and library artwork have a 90-day retention period, as shown in the builder. Support emails are kept for as long as the conversation stays relevant. Contact us about deletion requests.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Email us and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
