When you order: your name, contact details, delivery address, and your artwork files, used to produce and deliver your order and to provide support. Payment is handled by our payment processor; card details never touch our servers. When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting, retained briefly. This site currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Only what's needed to do the job: our payment processor (to take payment), our couriers (to deliver), our order-production system, and Cloudflare (which serves this website). We don't sell personal data and we don't share it for marketing.
Order and invoice records as long as tax law requires. Artwork files only as long as needed to produce and support your order, after which they're deleted on a rolling basis. Support emails for as long as the conversation stays relevant.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. Email us and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
