The plain-English version is genuinely what we mean; the details below make it precise.
This site is operated by Magic Touch Promotions Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 05277685, Unit 3 Newcombe Drive, Hawksworth Industrial Estate, Swindon SN2 1DZ. The DTF Printing Company is a trading name of Magic Touch Promotions Ltd. Contact: [email protected], 01793 521500.
Custom-printed DTF transfers made to your artwork, plus sample packs. Prices are in pounds sterling; VAT is charged at checkout at the current rate; delivery charges are shown before payment.
You confirm that you own the artwork you upload or have the right to have it printed, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property or contain unlawful content. We may decline to print artwork at our discretion (for example, trademarked characters we have no licence evidence for) and will refund any order we decline. We print files exactly as supplied and don't proof, correct or alter them. Uploaded files are kept only as long as needed to produce and support your order.
Because transfers are made to your artwork, they're exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (goods made to the consumer's specification). You can cancel free of charge any time before we start printing; once in production, orders can't be cancelled or returned for change of mind. Sample packs aren't custom-made and carry the standard 14-day cancellation right.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. On top of them, every order carries our reprint-or-refund guarantee: if a print fault is ours, we reprint or refund within 14 days of delivery on production of a photo. Full terms on the returns page.
Dispatch timings start from receipt of print-ready artwork and are stated on your order confirmation. We deliver to mainland UK only. Delivery dates are estimates once parcels are with the courier; lost parcels are reprinted and resent, or refunded.
We're liable for faults in what we print and dispatch. We're not liable for losses arising from how transfers are applied or used, for consequential business losses, or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any clause proves unenforceable, the rest stand. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
