Custom-printed transfers made to your artwork. Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are shown excluding VAT by default. Use the Exc VAT / Inc VAT controls to change the display. VAT is included in the total at payment, and delivery is shown before payment.
You confirm that you own the artwork you upload or have the right to have it printed, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's intellectual property or contain unlawful content. We may decline to print artwork at our discretion (for example, trademarked characters we have no licence evidence for) and will refund any order we decline. We print the finished file you upload or the sheet you approve in the builder. Check spelling, sizes, backgrounds and layout before payment. Our printability check does not include proofreading or redrawing artwork, and we do not silently change your design. Artwork is retained to produce and support your order; see the privacy policy.
Because transfers are made to your artwork, they're exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (goods made to the consumer's specification). You can cancel free of charge any time before we start printing; once in production, orders can't be cancelled or returned for change of mind.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a print fault is ours, you can choose a reprint or refund. Email a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. See the returns policy for the reporting process.
Production depends on receipt of print-ready artwork. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery for a particular date. We deliver to mainland UK only. Delivery dates are estimates once parcels are with the courier; lost parcels are reprinted and resent, or refunded.
We're liable for faults in what we print and dispatch. We're not liable for losses arising from how transfers are applied or used, for consequential business losses, or for delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any clause proves unenforceable, the rest stand. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
