Questions, answered properly

Everything we get asked about ordering, artwork, delivery and pressing. Straight answers, no waffle.

Ordering and pricing

Is there a minimum order?

One 1-metre sheet (540 x 1000mm). That's it. There's no minimum quantity of designs on the sheet either; one logo or forty, same price.

How much do DTF transfers cost?

One flat price per sheet, shown on the product page. No setup fees, no artwork fees, no per-colour charges. Delivery is a flat £5 per order however many sheets you buy.

How can I pay?

By card at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) once online ordering opens. Trade customers can ask about account terms; the factory behind this site runs 30-day accounts for approved businesses.

Can I speak to someone instead of ordering online?

Yes. Ring 01793 521500 and the team at the factory will happily talk your job through before you order.

Can I try before I buy?

That's the sample pack: printed designs on film, posted first class with a pressing card, for a nominal price. Press them, wash them, then order sheets knowing exactly what you'll get.

Artwork and files

What format does my file need to be in?

A single-page PDF or a transparent-background PNG, 300dpi or better, sized at 540 x 1000mm. Leave a few millimetres between designs for cutting. Free templates for Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator are on the way.

Do I get a proof before you print?

No, and that's deliberate: we print exactly what you send, unaltered, which is how gang sheets stay this cheap and this fast. Check your file carefully before uploading; there's no preview after upload.

Do I need to mirror my artwork?

No. We handle mirroring; send your artwork the right way round, as you want it to appear on the garment.

Can you fix or edit my file?

We don't alter artwork. If your file fails our checks (wrong size, low resolution, flattened background) we'll email you the same day, and printing starts when a printable file arrives.

How many designs fit on a sheet?

A 540 x 1000mm sheet typically holds 30 to 40 left-chest logos, or a full team's names and numbers, or a whole product range of designs. You cut out each transfer and press it when you need it.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders with print-ready artwork are printed and dispatched fast, and your order confirmation states the dispatch day. If a file needs fixing, the clock restarts when a printable file arrives.

How much is delivery?

£5 flat per order, tracked, however many sheets you buy.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We deliver to mainland UK only; we don't currently ship to Ireland or Europe.

Can I collect?

Yes, free, from the factory in Swindon (SN2 1DZ). Choose collection at checkout and wait for the ready email.

Applying your transfers

How do I press a DTF transfer?

With a heat press: position, press at the temperature and time on your pressing card, peel hot, then give it a short second press for durability. Full instructions come with every order and a detailed guide is coming to this site.

Can I use a home iron?

Honestly: not reliably. Irons can't hold even pressure or accurate temperature, and transfers pressed with an iron aren't covered by our guarantee. A basic heat press pays for itself quickly.

How long do DTF transfers last?

Pressed correctly, 50+ washes without cracking or peeling. Wash inside out at 30 degrees and avoid direct ironing of the print.

How should I store unpressed transfers?

Flat, dry, out of sunlight. Stored like that they keep for months.

When something goes wrong

What if my print is faulty?

Our reprint-or-refund guarantee: email a photo within 14 days of delivery and choose a priority reprint or a refund. No forms, no return postage, no quibble.

Can I return my order?

Custom prints can't be returned for change of mind (they're made to your artwork), but faults are covered by the guarantee, and you can cancel free any time before printing starts. Sample packs can be returned like any normal online purchase within 14 days.
