Build a sheet online from individual designs, or upload one you've prepared in your own software.
Start on the product page and choose how many copies of the completed sheet you want. Select Build a gang sheet. Standard DTF, Poly Blocker and UV DTF use 560 x 1000mm sheets; sublimation uses 580 x 1000mm.
Upload PNG, WebP, PDF, SVG or EPS designs. Select the PDF page if needed. The builder trims fully transparent outer borders, but an opaque white border remains part of the artwork unless you remove it. Enter the desired printed width of each design after uploading, then check its height and background. A 300mm file can contain a 200mm design plus empty space, so neither the original canvas size nor the initial imported size confirms the size you want. Aim for 300dpi at the chosen print size; the minimum is 150dpi. See the artwork sizing example.
Use Auto-arrange for the exact design quantities you entered, or Fill sheet to choose quantities that fill the available space. Adjust each design's share if needed, then check the counts. Keep at least 5mm between designs and at every edge. You can move or rotate designs and use Undo.
Prepare the print, inspect the rendered proof and check the product, artwork, sizes and sheet quantity. Approve the proof before continuing to card payment. The layout preview is not a guaranteed printed colour match.
Choose a transfer and start building
You can use your own design software instead. Set the canvas to the chosen product's full sheet size, leave 5mm gaps and edge margins, and export a single-page PDF or PNG at 300dpi. Keep that full canvas; do not crop a completed sheet down to its artwork. Check the visible size of each design within the sheet. Use RGB, preferably sRGB. Standard DTF, Poly Blocker and UV DTF need transparency wherever you want no print; white or transparent backgrounds are fine for sublimation. Do not mirror the artwork.
Proofread the finished file and check dimensions, resolution and backgrounds before using the product page's finished-sheet upload. That route has no editor preview. Read the artwork requirements before either upload route.
As a starting point for garment DTF, left-chest prints are often 80 to 100mm wide, full-front prints 250 to 280mm and sleeves 60 to 80mm. Check the actual garment and pressable area. Cut a paper rectangle at the intended size and hold it against the garment before printing.
